Wines by KT are small, lovingly cared for parcels of fruit that have traditional techniques used in their creation. I’m passionate about the township of Watervale 5452 and am working with dry grown, sustainably farmed vineyards in the area. With gentle care from grapegrower to winemaker, working with sustainable principles, it’s my intention to produce wines with drinkability and personality.
Grenache by KT is made from dry-grown bush vine grapes grown in the Clare Valley.
This wine is created using wild fermentation techniques, meaning 100% indigenous yeast on skins in an open fermenter with whole berry inclusion and then basket pressed. Aged in French oak puncheons for 12 months, this Grenache is a bright and juicy style with lifted aromatics of red berry and spice with a soft and silky palate.
Sealed with a screwcap to ensure the integrity of the product, you can be confident that this wine will continue to reward you with careful cellaring.
