Refund policy
Damaged Goods
Items will only be replaced when damaged or defective.
In the case damaged or defective items are received, customers should send an email to kt@winesbykt.com with a record of the damage detailing specific items and provide a photograph of the damage. When possible, any damage to packages should also be noted by courier.
Upon review, the relevant replacement items will be dispatched at no additional charge.
Refund Policy / Quality Guarantee
In the rare instance that a product is deemed unsatisfactory a full refund for purchases of the relevant items (excluding freight costs) will be provided.
Claims of quality issues must be submitted via email within 14 days of purchase. Upon review, a refund will be generated for an amount equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus one opened bottle only.
In most instances, the remaining items will be required to be returned to Wines by KT for a quality inspection. Wines by KT does not assume responsibility of risk and all associated freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All refunds are processed within 7 days of your notification or from the date that the remaining wines are returned.
If it is determined that a buyer is abusing the Quality Guarantee policy, Wines by KT reserves the right to suspend or cancel its Refund Policy / Quality Guarantee in relation to that buyer and cancel any pending orders.
Please note that this Refund Policy does not apply to goods that are marked as "Sold as is - no refunds or returns accepted", or for wine that is from a vintage 5 years or more prior to the purchase year.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
