Wines by KT are small, lovingly cared for parcels of fruit that have traditional techniques used in their creation. I’m passionate about the township of Watervale 5452 and am working with dry grown, sustainably farmed vineyards in the area. With gentle care from grapegrower to winemaker, working with sustainable principles, it’s my intention to produce wines with drinkability and personality.
2016 Aged Release Churinga Riesling
This dry Riesling shows concentrated punchy stone fruit flavour with succulent and mouthwatering acidity. The hand-picked fruit from the 1954 Churinga vineyard Riesling, is my twelfth release from this site. With lifted citrus spice and juicy fruit flavour, this wine displays all of the concentrated fruit flavour that Watervale is renowned for.
Our hand picking and careful bunch selection from the 2016 vintage has produced great reward. Sealed with a screwcap to ensure integrity of product, you can be confident that this wine will continue to reward you with careful cellaring.
