2013 AGED RELEASE Peglidis Vineyard Watervale Riesling is NOW RELEASED…

wines by KT are small, lovingly cared for parcels of fruit that have traditional techniques used in their creation. I’m passionate about the township of Watervale 5452 and am working with dry grown, sustainably farmed vineyards in the area.
The Peglidis vineyard, which is focussed on natural farming,  was first planted in 1973 and is an important wine growing source for wines by KT.
With gentle care from grapegrower to winemaker, working with both organic and biodynamic principles, this dry Riesling shows lifted aromatics of jasmine blossom and citrus spice with toasty lemon curd and succulent and mouthwatering acidity. The hand picked fruit from the 1973 planted Peglidis vineyard Riesling, was kept as a separate parcel to age and release as a museum release. With lifted citrus spice and juicy fruit flavour, this wine displays all the fine hallmarks of the Watervale region. Our hand picking and careful bunch selection from the 2013 vintage has produced great reward. Sealed with a screwcap to ensure integrity of product, you can be confident that this wine will continue to reward you with careful cellaring.
Thank you for supporting my wines.
