2013 churinga vineyard watervale riesling by KT LIMITED STOCK

wines by KT are small, lovingly cared for parcels of fruit that have traditional techniques used in their creation. I’m passionate about the township of Watervale 5452 and am working with dry grown, sustainably farmed vineyards in the area.
The Churinga vineyard, which is focussed on natural farming,  was first planted in 1930 and is an important wine growing source for wines by KT.
With gentle care from grapegrower to winemaker, working with both organic and biodynamic principles, this dry Riesling shows concentrated punchy stone fruit flavour with succulent  and mouthwatering acidity. The hand picked fruit from the 1954 planted Churinga vineyard Riesling,  is my fifth release from this special patch of dirt. With lifted citrus spice and juicy fruit flavour, this wine displays all the fine hallmarks of the Watervale region. Our hand picking and careful bunch selection from the 2013 vintage has produced great reward. Sealed with a screwcap to ensure integrity of product, you can be confident that this wine will continue to reward you with careful cellaring.
Thank you for supporting my wines.
